Complete Event Photography and Video Coverage

Pro Video Foto provided complete event photography and videography for a full day of field games at Glen Helen Park in San Bernardino, California. The event brought families, employees, and guests together for outdoor activities, sports, entertainment, food, and time spent connecting outside of the workplace.

Our role was to document the entire experience through professional photos and video. Rather than concentrating on only one attraction, our team moved throughout the event to capture the people, activities, atmosphere, and details that made the day memorable.

Capturing a Full Outdoor Event

Large outdoor events require coverage that is organized but flexible. Multiple activities can happen at the same time, and many of the best moments are not planned.

Throughout the Glen Helen Park field day, we photographed competitive games, casual activities, family interactions, children enjoying the attractions, conversations between guests, event staff, food areas, vehicles, and wide views of the park.

Our coverage included:

Event Photography That Shows the Experience

Our goal with the photography was to show what attending the event actually felt like. That meant capturing both the large-scale activity and the smaller moments happening throughout the park.

Fast-moving games required us to anticipate the action, while candid coverage allowed us to preserve natural reactions and genuine interactions. We also captured the surroundings and event setup so the final gallery would communicate the full size and variety of the field day.

The finished photographs could be used for internal communications, company newsletters, employee-recognition materials, social media, future event promotion, and company websites.

Video Coverage for a Complete Event Recap

Along with photography, our team captured video footage throughout the event. Video adds movement, sound, and energy that still images cannot show on their own.

We filmed active games, guests participating in activities, families spending time together, environmental footage of Glen Helen Park, and supporting details that help connect the day into one complete story.

By providing photography and video coverage together, we were able to capture immediate moments for a photo gallery while also gathering the footage needed for a more dynamic event recap.

Field days and company picnics work best when guests can enjoy themselves naturally. Our team moved through the event without stopping activities or repeatedly asking participants to pose.

We combined candid documentation with selected group photographs and detail shots. This approach allowed the event to continue uninterrupted while still producing a varied collection of professional content.

Having a coordinated team also helped us cover different areas of the park and respond when activities began unexpectedly.
