Brea Fest 2023 Event Photography and Video Coverage

Pro Video Foto provided professional photography and video coverage at Brea Fest 2023, an annual community food, music, and arts festival held at the Brea Civic & Cultural Center in Brea, California.

The event brought the community together for an evening of local food, live performances, art, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment. Our crew focused on capturing the atmosphere of the festival while documenting the people, performances, vendors, and details that made the event distinctive.

Capturing the Brea Fest Experience

Brea Fest included activities and entertainment throughout the Civic & Cultural Center, Randolph Street, and the surrounding festival areas. With multiple performances, restaurants, exhibits, and community activities happening simultaneously, our crew stayed mobile throughout the evening.

Our coverage included:

• Wide shots showing the size of the festival
• Guests sampling food from participating restaurants
• Live musical and cultural performances
• Local vendors and branded displays
• Food preparation and serving stations
• Art exhibitions and creative activities
• Candid interactions between attendees
• Families enjoying the community celebration
• Establishing shots of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center

By combining larger views of the festival with close-up details and guest reactions, we created a more complete visual story of the evening.

Food, Music and Art in Downtown Brea

Food was one of the central parts of Brea Fest, with local restaurants offering samples to attendees throughout the evening. Live music and cultural performances added energy to the outdoor areas, while the Brea Art Gallery and Curtis Theatre helped highlight the city’s arts community.

For our crew, each part of the festival offered a different type of visual content. Food stations provided detailed shots of preparation and presentation. Performances created movement and energy. The crowd provided natural reactions and interactions that helped communicate the community atmosphere.

Rather than only recording individual attractions, we worked to show how all these elements came together as one event.

Natural Community Event Coverage

Community festivals should feel active and authentic. Our crew works throughout an event without constantly interrupting guests or asking people to pose.

We capture candid conversations, food service, performances, children participating in activities, families exploring the festival, and guests reacting naturally to the entertainment around them.

These moments help viewers understand what attending the event actually felt like.

Why Cities and Community Organizations Need Event Content

Professional photography and video provide lasting value after a community festival ends. A single event can generate content for websites, social media, public information, sponsor recognition, future promotion, and internal presentations.

Community event content can be used for:

• Future event announcements
• City and organization websites
• Social media posts and short videos
• Sponsor and vendor recognition
• Community newsletters
• Tourism and local-business promotion
• Volunteer recruitment
• Event recap videos
• Historical documentation

A strong visual recap can also help future attendees, vendors, performers, and sponsors understand the size and atmosphere of the event.

Multi-Camera Coverage for Community Festivals

Festivals such as Brea Fest often have several important activities happening at the same time. While one camera operator captures a performance, another can document food vendors, community activities, guest interactions, or another area of the event.

Depending on the event’s size and priorities, Pro Video Foto can provide:

• Community event photography
• Event recap videography
• Multi-camera coverage
• Vendor and sponsor coverage
• Interviews and testimonials
• Short-form social media videos
• Photo booths with onsite prints
• 360 video booth experiences

Coverage can be built around the event schedule, priority performances, important guests, participating organizations, and desired final content.
