AEG Company Picnic 2023 at Dignity Health Sports Park

Pro Video Foto provided professional event photography and video coverage for the 2023 AEG company picnic at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. Best known as the home stadium of the LA Galaxy, the venue was transformed into a carnival-style celebration for AEG employees and their families.

With hundreds of guests and activities spread throughout the venue, our crew focused on documenting the complete experience—from the scale of the event and its colorful setup to the candid interactions, games, entertainment, and memorable moments happening throughout the day.

Covering a Large Corporate Event in Carson

Large company picnics require more than simply pointing a camera toward the main activity. Multiple attractions, presentations, games, and employee interactions may be happening simultaneously.

Our crew moved throughout the event to capture a variety of perspectives, including:

• Wide shots showing the size and layout of the picnic
• Employees participating in team-building activities
• Families enjoying carnival games and inflatables
• Candid interactions between coworkers
• Entertainment and activity stations
• Branded decorations and event details
• Stage announcements and presentations
• Food, refreshments, and seating areas
• Employee reactions and celebration moments

Capturing both the larger environment and the smaller personal moments helped us create a more complete visual story of the AEG company picnic.

Carnival-Themed Company Picnic Coverage

The carnival theme gave the event a colorful and energetic atmosphere. Guests could move between traditional carnival games, inflatables, sports activities, field games, food stations, and entertainment areas.

For our crew, the variety of attractions created opportunities to capture movement, competition, laughter, and genuine interactions between employees and their families.

Instead of filming every activity from one stationary position, we followed the energy of the event. This allowed us to create a recap that showed what it felt like to attend—not only what was included.

Event Coverage at the LA Galaxy Stadium

Dignity Health Sports Park is widely recognized as the home of the LA Galaxy. Its size and connection to professional sports made it a memorable location for the AEG employee celebration.

When filming at a major sports and entertainment venue, establishing shots are especially important. Wide footage of the stadium and surrounding event areas gives viewers a sense of location before transitioning into closer shots of activities, employees, branding, and entertainment.

This combination helps create an event recap with a clear beginning, middle, and ending while highlighting both the venue and the people attending.

Why Corporate Event Photography and Video Matter

Company picnics and employee-appreciation events represent a company’s culture in a way that traditional corporate content cannot. Professional event coverage allows organizations to show the people, relationships, and experiences behind their brand.

Photos and videos from a corporate picnic can be used for:

• Company websites and culture pages
• LinkedIn and social media content
• Employee recruitment campaigns
• Internal newsletters and presentations
• Employee-recognition posts
• Future company-event promotion
• Short-form vertical videos
• Event recap and highlight videos

One well-covered event can provide a company with a library of visual content that can be shared throughout the year.

Multi-Camera Coverage for Large Company Picnics

Events with hundreds of attendees benefit from having a coordinated media crew. While one operator captures a major activity or presentation, another can document candid interactions, branded details, food service, or attractions in a different part of the venue.

Depending on the event, Pro Video Foto can provide photography, videography, social media coverage, interviews, photo booths, 360 video booths, or a combination of services.

Our available corporate event services include:

• Event photography
• Event recap videography
• Multi-camera event coverage
• Employee interviews and testimonials
• Short-form social media videos
• Speaker and presentation coverage
• Photo booths with onsite prints
• 360 video booth experiences

Coverage can be adjusted based on the number of attendees, event schedule, venue size, and the content the company wants to receive.
